FLACQ’s feasibility study for Marine Wharf creates a new linear park and pedestrian link along the course of the disused Surrey Canal. The masterplan provides a transition between the geometry of the Canal and the established grain of docks and wharves.

A new residential quarter with a commercial square breathes new life into a redundant brownfield site.

The use of ‘belvederes’ in varying heights and forms, atop a strong five storey base, offers a relevant architectural response to the site’s context and the client’s aspirations for a high density development.
