A competition-winning scheme for a phased development on the edge of the green belt centred around a host of community facilities including a healthy living centre and nursery.
The masterplan identifies key circulation routes providing clear access points organised around a Kentish Orchard, the new heart to the campus.
The project is phased over a 10 year period to address funding constraints.
